This course is aimed at upper management employees who want to become more successful in communication with their colleagues. Here we will focus on communicative skills, management skills, self-presentation and different types of thinking. By the end of this course students will be able to motivate their employees more successfully, to hold negotiations, to use their time more productively, to read their opponents’ body language and to make decisions based on new information. They will learn if they are a leader or a follower and if it’s possible to change patterns.
I strongly believe that emotional intelligence is the key to the future and that you can’t be successful in that future with only basic hard skills that you acquire with a college degree. Soft skills are needed in every sphere of economy, because everywhere you need to communicate your ideas to others, to work with and for people, to learn true needs and desires of the customers, to cast your vision onto your coworkers, to manage more than one cup of tea. This course will allow you to jumpstart your emotional intelligence and to become more confident and productive in your everyday tasks.
